The training dvd series is about the importance of attitudes and emotions in behavioural change. It identifies and gives the "how to's" to change self defeating behaviour. It shows the thinking styles that separate the average from the achiever. It is about increasing productivity and gives practical ideas for change, growth and achievement.
Evidence has conclusively shown that managing negative emotions is a crucial factor in producing long term behavioural change. The training videos facilitate the development of emotional intelligence.
How the Training Works
Adult learning requires stimulation, fun, interaction and involvement. The short trigger DVDs add variety and humour to the training programs. The training DVDs introduce the concepts and show case studies. The Leader's Guide gives instructions on how to gain maximum group involvement through the use of questions and guided discussion techniques.
The approach of each training DVD is to demonstrate the link between thinking, feeling and action. They show how to identify self defeating attitudes and how to develop more appropriate motivating beliefs. They then focus on developing action plans to achieve results. They build more optimistic, resilient, persistent people.
Target Audience
The program has been designed to be utilised by small and large businesses and organisations to be facilitated in-house by managers, trainers, supervisors or be used as self paced learning and home study.
